Okay, I'm going to try to keep this as short as I can...

Birthday: Josh took me out to lunch the day of, went to camp. Mom brought me flowers, balloons, popcorn, Pepsi, and a cell phone during sectionals, embarrassed the hell out of me, AND blew my chances of everyone forgetting. Damn. Came home to Papa Murphy's pizza, got fatter. Had my bonfire on Friday, people came, gave me things, ate my food. Alex and Travis made me cake, I died. -Mental Note: Bring back Alex's pan- Eva, I love cuff you made me! ^_^ -glomps- That Sunday, I had my family party thing, had a Star Wars cake, wh00t and things. That's that.

Band Camp in General: Everyone's already written about this, but I haven't had online time in a while, so here goes. Band this year was hell, but rewarding I guess. I won't feel the reward 'til later, but whatev. Things have been weird within the trumpets are far as leadership has gone, but that's a deep and dramatic issue, so I won't go there. More to come on band later...

Last Night/This Morning: I SAW STYX! HOLY GOD, YES! I went to the Minnesota State Fair with Mom, Josh, Buddy, and Tabbie. It rained like the whole time. Like THUNDERSTORMS. So yeah. The concert got postponed a full hour due to lightning, then halfway through REO Speedwagon, we had to take shelter again while more lightning passed. But then Styx came on...

I'd forgotton how frickin' AWESOME they are in concert. Lawrence Gowan, I want to make babies with you. I'll be legal in about two years. Call me. ;) Just kidding.

No seriously.

Anyway, I spent almost $175 while I was there. I got two concert tees, a Styx wristcuff and keychain, paid for some of Mom's concert tee and bought Josh a tee that matched one of mine. I also picked up a keychain for Will-Bone since he ended up no being able to go. Oh, and before the concert I got this choker at an exhibit selling jewelery made out of guitar strings! It's really cool, you'll have to see it on Tuesday...

Holy crap, something just grabbed at my hip... Oh wait. It's just my dog. Never mind.

I'm now typing with a poodle on my lap. ^_^ Friskey, how I love you.

Anyway, I had a GLORIOUS time, and now I'm off to read more "Tommyknockers" and pet my doggie. Later!
